Kim Wilson is the author of the Everyday Wholesome Eating series of recipe books and health guides. She and her husband, John, developed their home-based business, Simply Natural Health, as way to encourage others with simple and practical recipes and resources.
Driven by her own family’s needs, Kim has spent over 16 years developing healthy vegetarian gluten-free recipes. She works only with plant-based whole food ingredients in developing exceptionally tasty (and affordable) gluten-free dairy-free egg-free recipes.
On a more personal level, Kim is a homeschool mom of three. Her family has fostered a number of children and they have been blessed to be able to adopt two. She and her family love cooking, eating out, walking, hiking and traveling.
